	Licence Types	Instructions
	Register a new pool and submit a Certificate of Compliance (Form 23)	Property owners are required to register new swimming pools / spas with Council. If you purchase a property with an existing pool, you will be sent the existing pool registration license once you update your details with Council’s revenue team.
	Renewal - Submit a Certificate of Compliance (Form 23)	Property Owners are required to renew swimming pools/spas every 4 years and lodge a Certificate of Compliance (Form 23).
	Non-compliance - Submit a Certificate of non-compliance (Form 24)	Swimming Pool/Spa Inspectors are required to submit Certificates of Barrier Non-Compliance (Form 24)
	Decommissioned Swimming Pool/Spa	Inform Council you have decommissioned a swimming pool/spa on your property and request removal of property from the swimming pool/spa register.

	Tree Protection Permit	Under the Darebin City Council, Tree Protection Local Law , a permit is required to prune or remove any significant tree located on private property in Darebin. If you are not the registered owner of the property on Council records for which this request is being made, then you are require to attach an Owner(s) Consent Form
	Skip Bin Placement	Under Council's Local Laws you will need a permit to place a skip bin on Council land. This permit is for Skip Bin companies and their requirements to operate within City of Darebin.
